What To Include
Please include the email address on your account, your device model, iOS version, app version, sign-in method, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual or tied to a specific screen.
Account and Sign-In Help
If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the same Apple or Google account you used when creating your To Be Seen account. Updating the app and restarting your device can also resolve temporary authentication issues.
Check-Ins, Seasons, and Stories
For missing check-ins, season setup issues, voice entries, photos, ratings, or story recaps, contact support with the affected season name and the approximate date of the entry or recap.
Privacy and Data Requests
You can request help with account data, privacy questions, export availability, or account deletion by emailing support@tobeseen.app. For account-specific requests, write from the email address connected to your To Be Seen account.
App Store and Device Issues
For download, installation, Apple ID, or device-level problems, Apple may need to help with the App Store side of the issue. For To Be Seen account, content, or product issues, contact us directly.
Response Window
We monitor support during weekdays. Response times may vary while the product is in early access, but urgent account access and data requests are prioritized.
